Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tooling Technician at Staffing Partners, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI. The Tooling Technician will be responsible for new tooling development, tooling repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, fabrication, and assisting with any tooling issues on various tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Self-starter and focused individual
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Must have technical capacity and the ability to use a variety of equipment and tools
- Maintenance and Metal Fabrication Experience is a plus
- Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude
- Results driven and shows initiative
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Regular and consistent attendance
- High School diploma, with proven previous work experience in field
